Thanks to everyone involved for all these great fixes.
But when i try to merge the latest ZRP with FatRap's D&D i get InstaCrash. D&D is imho the best mod i've tried so i really would like it if someone could find a fix.
I know that FatRap is ill and the problem is likely due to something in his mod, but maybe someone knows how to merge them together?
I'm using SMM and i get this error

Okay, version 1.03 of the Zone Reclamation Project mod is up, almost 1.8 MB:

Upgrading from 1.02 to 1.03 does not require a restart.
Changes in the 1.03 ZRP release:
Tuskanos are now considered enemies by human NPCs. A missing comma was added to game_relations.ltx based on info found by Fatrap on the Russian forum. It's cool to see them defend themselves now.
The right-hand grid on searches now has more squares.
The hint on the Red Forest antennae location marker has been corrected.
Reduced the alertness range of most of the Cordon factory bandits to stop them from being more interested in the bridge soldiers than the attackers amongst them. This may need tweaking, and other situations will likely arise needing similar attention.
More info in a smaller, cleaner format on the optional debug display.
Diff files for modders. Well, at least for silverpower -- how about "unified"? 'Twas a setting in WinMerge 2.6.8...

Oops, didn't look in here for quite some time, nice job NatVac!
I'll make sure to merge it with aliVe, after the next version of this fix is out.
Also Fatrap should be given an award for finding the tushkano - NPC bug, funny thing is, I've been looking for the bug reason in the game_relations.ltx myself about 20 minutes ago.

Well, there is no exolog_outfit; it should be ecolog_outfit -- but there is no ecolog_outfit "in the wild"; you only get it from a secret stash or from Sakharov, not the all.spawn file. It would only be a problem when someone tried to add it to the game via the binary file.
And the other items make sense to me: The names that have hyphens or periods in them are wrapped in quotes to keep them from being incorrectly parsed.
It's a simple edit to fix the exolog_outfit situation. The acdc.pl file is just a text file.
Cool stuff, Fatrap. I still hope you get better soon, but I sure wish I were as productive as you are when sick! |

Aww, again? I just partially synced to 1.02 (I have yet to decompile your all.spawn to merge it) and already you've got a new update in the works. *whines* ---END QUOTATION---
The only real change that matters is the news_manager.script fix. Here's the diff for the all.spawn stuff. Edit: Since silverpower got the info, I removed it to reduce clutter; it is available upon request for others, but the newer files will include it.
I'll be including a diff file or two in future releases. Also, the Dark Valley stuff will change; even though no more money is taken, the scene repeats and it shouldn't. |
