A year ago, you could get fined here if you wear masks that actually did help. But those were reserved for medical personell due to shortages. Instead, you were obliged to wear the useless one. The ones that don't help, but you were obliged to wear.

What's the point?

Never mind, it's a brainless discussion.

I am fine. Safe and healthy. Just fed up with the situation.

*looks outside the window*

Weather has cleared, good.

Ah, thank you.

*takes the mug and sips*

Good stuff, just the right thing for this weather.

Strange times indeed and I assume we will see alot more strange things in the near future.
Our curfew is just for the nights, 22pm to 5 or 6 in the morning. So if you want to party at the weekend, just meet at noon and be done by evening
Some shops are open, for some you have to prove a recent negative test, my father tries to get to the hardware store for a few days now as he needs to repair some water pipes in his garage.

On something different. Got a bit fed up with War Thunder lately. Still have to finish grinding the Battle Pass, after that i'll take a break from it for a few weeks i think. Feels way to much like work instead of pleasure.
So I downloaded Stalker Anomaly recently and started a game today.
I think the most unique thing to Stalker is the real existential dread one feels when starting out new in the zone, with no supplies and no idea where to go and look first. No other game ever made me feel like that.

Just got an sms telling I've tested negative again. Btw, pretty strange times we live in. At work it's demanded that we are negative but it's ok to smell from alcohol. I also find it's a bit confusing. A few years back we got a law where I would get a fine for wearing a mask. Now I will get a fine if I don't wear one.. Hope you are all having a good time under the circumstances.

That's a deal Molecule.

*Drinks some of the delicious coffee.*

Curfew has just been lifted today and shops are not accessible without appointment. People can grab a drink at terraces outside.

Testing? They plan on testing to prove you are healthy in order to access places like cinemas. amusement parcs etc. What a waste of money.

And yeah, same here Viking. I work in an industrial lab and I can't work from home

*pours a large mug of coffea for Viking*

Here you go, you might want to have another later. It's raining outside. And PCDania, if can find me a healing artefacts on your next field trip. That will do.

Thanks Mole *tugs the package away in the backpack*. So, is there anything special I should look for when I head out now you don't want payment for the coffee?

*Turns and looks at the window.*
Looks like I will have to wait a bit with that trip. Ah well, better luck tomorrow then.

We use up to 400K € a week on testing here in Denmark paid via the State Budget (read Borrowed Money). Luckily the Danish economy was in a good shape when all this started.

Curfew is in place nation wide since friday. And schools are closed again. Not that it's going to help anything, because people are still going to work as usual, especially heavy industry etc. They don't dare closing down those.

I'll have a nice large cup of coffee too Mr.M

I'll let you have one package for free since you are a loyal costumer.

*takes a package from below the counter and puts it in front of PCDania*

Hmmm, it's starting to rain outside. Another crazy rainstorm in the Zone.

No, those tests are around €5.95 and will be available in stores very soon. The only store I go is the supermarket and I do fetch my take-away food from restaurants. Or I order my items online.

And damn, with Wobbegong absent, it's too quiet here.

That would be nice, can't say no to that offer. Anything you want in exchange?

Ah, so you have do-it-yourself Quick Tests available. How much does they cost or are they free of charge?

Luckily I'm also at low risk at getting infected. I rarely visit any other shop when buying food than the small one close by. At work there are 3 people besides me and one of them I rarely see and the other is only present when we are busy. Besides that I have nothing to do with the customers.

I get my coffea from Old Seavas' mule train delivery. If you want, I can give you package for your field trips.

Quick Test are now available in stores. Right now I am fine and the cases I mentioned are 1.5 month ago. Don't worry, I'm fine and I am not in hospital. Besides my co-workers at work, I don't see anyone else or go anywhere. Not that I have much reason to go elsewhere, a lot is closed.

Thanks Mole

*Takes a sip of coffee.* Mmmm, nice. Where do you get your coffee or is that a secret?

Can't you get a Quick Test? Here in Denmark we have lots of places where people can just show up and get a Quick Test. A cotton swap is stuck into your nose and 30 minutes later you can read the result online via a link they send to you via SMS. If the test is positive, they will call you directly and advice you what to do. PCR tests we can order online and if that doesn't work we can phone in a request for a PCR test. I've got a PCR test twice when someone at my work tested positive. Both times the online site didn't work but the person I made a call to made sure I got an appointment. Luckily I were not infected.
