I read some of that guys posts in the archive i think... Largely amusing.
I read the PDA when i wait for respawns in the wild territory. I hide in the truck's back (the one by the levelchanger to the bar) and read while i listen to monster grunts.
Having trouble? Are you stuck? Or do you just want to know everything about it? Here are Dawnrazor's Guides to SoC and CoP!:

Would I be violating the new offtopic rules about "posting another users personal information without consent" if I ventured to correct a certain misinformed assumption of Marius Lecter about Hhiker?...This talk about tightening the rules is making me a bit nervous...
Example moves the world more than doctrine. The great exemplars are the poets of action, and it makes little difference whether they be forces for good or forces for evil.
---QUOTATION--- I don't get that. How can you ban someone, just because you desire to do so? ---END QUOTATION---
One of the main point of the added "offtopic amendments" is to verbalize the expectation that every user be able to take responsibility for what they post - and do that without an angry moderator peeking over their shoulder or just out of fear of being banned.
Once it's been made clear what's expected from you, it's much easier to take it as guidance, is it not?
Wait, exactly how are the regulations stating that -
1) the offtopic areas have specified but less strict rules than the main forum
2) you're trusted to do your thing mostly without constant moderator supervision (as opposed to only controlling your behaviour because you know someone's watching to punish you and/or clean up after you) and
3)stating when moderator-specific tools apply and when they do not
- making the internet less free?
(Does being potty trained make an individual less free?)
I know Gaminator has some strong rules about dissing admins/mods/staff or Gaminator in general, even outside the forums. If caught, you get banned. Also I've seen mods ban people "by their own desire." They even write it as the reason they banned the person, in his sig. I don't get that. How can you ban someone, just because you desire to do so? Maybe I am missing something? I don't know.
