Stable problem

Hy!
My problem is that in the skirmish none of the oppenents can not make cavalry units from the stable.
Is there anybody who's had the same problem? Is there any solution for it?
I have already looked all cossacks and all additional patches but none of theme is working.
Thanks for the anserws!

I've noticed this as well sometimes.
It seems that the games AI will sometimes hold off on producing cavalry until it reaches the 18th Century. The nations you and the enemy plays as well also seems to affects this.

I have also observed a bug (by using cheats and switching to the enemies team to control them) that sometimes units when being produced will have their build bar complete almost instantly, and then reset in an infinite loop, resulting in the until never being built. This bug can be observed without cheats by looking at the enemy shipyards, where you can see their ship fly through the construction stages, and then reset to the first stage.
I think this 'bug' might be caused by the much more powerful modern PC's that we use today. I never had it occur on my old Win 98.

Another possible reason is that the AI has very shoddy resource management skills, despite putting so many workers into resource production, they don't bother putting workers into mines (or building them) until they have run out of that mineral, and even then, the rate at which they build mines is very slow, so they always (for the first hour or so) have virtually no Gold, Iron or Coal, with fair amounts of Gold and Iron being required to train cavalry.

There might be more reasons, but I'm not aware of them. These are the possible ones I've observed ingame, so its possible that ones of these is what I suspect may be the problem potentially.
