Camapaign Movement system

Although the ability of having large battles is desirable and now with Cossacks 2, 64,000 units certainly this is possible.
It would be great to have some kind of logistical or movement system where large armies could move and form the background of these large battles, for multiplayer purposes even if it where an arbitary system where it could be translated to the Cossacks battlefield, and end of battle figures could be reedited.
We are curently doing an on paper system with Cossack1 and are have a lot of enjoyment from it. In editor we set up a supply city, position the armies and using fog of war, manouver into battle. The supply cities for the 2 armies is used only for upgrade purposes, and or selling recources

Most be a lot of fun

That way of playing must be real fun, i have being looking at some recorded games on the internet of American Conquest, and what strikes me the most is, that altough with American Conquest you can have around 6000 soldiers each, the players dont bother for big masses of troops but just take like 10 tot 30 PT and go at eachothers troat. I dont understand, if i would play a game on the internet, i would discuss with my adversary to wait a while, then meet up at a certain place and have a huge battle with thousands and thousands of soldiers in formation, for me, THATS FUN !!!!!!

Greetings to you guys,
