I can't wait for that! I tested mods for a couple of guys on Nexus back in the Oblivion and Fallout 3 days...liked New Vegas too.
There is no real news about Doom 4 yet...but its talked about. They would have to get better with that series anyway.
There is some kind of Wolfenstein coming...

Yep, new Wolfenstein was announced not too long ago. It will take place in 50s or 60s after Nazi has overtaken large part of world or something like that. But same old Blazkowitz is going to be in it too.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein was an amazing game in its day. Never played much of the last Wolfenstein game, because it seemed rather uninspired and mediocre.

Very excited about Doom4, still remember playing the first back in the day...soooo scary. Unfortunately there have been some negative rumors floating about, low morals/lack of direction and leadership among the developers, having to start over because the first version of the game was lacking in quality etc. Doesn't sound too good...

As far as Far Cry/Crysis, I would love an open world game somewhere between Far Cry 1 and Crysis 1, that would be great.

Future games

Return to Castle Wolfenstein is the only Game I can think of that comes close to the
Stalker Games with it's mix of 20th century combat & horror-like monster elements.

Wow, I didn't know about that game. Very interesting concept, but I watched a couple of trailers from 2012 which wasn't too impressive unforunately. It also looked like a third person shooter, which I'm not a fan off (less immersion).

Now, if Crytech could only go back to their roots for their next game. Crysis 2 and 3 were such missed opportunities. Considering all the flack they've gotten from the gaming community, as well as the dwindling sales figures, you'd think they got the message by now.
